iCloud sharing

I just down purchased the full $99 subscription to this app on my device. I signed up my wifes device to family sharing on iCloud and it is not accessing the app on my device.
The contact support link is not working either.
A great app, the grand kids love it, but I without support I can not give it full rating
Not 100% satisfied.
